Pass Tickets 
• Paper ticket The ticket is printed on the official railway ticket paper. 
• Mobile ticket The ticket is downloadable directly to your phone and can be printed in the PDF format. 
 
Activation Pass tickets must be activated prior to the first use.
• To activate a paper ticket, present it along with your passport to the Railway official at the station of departure. At this time, the first and the last day of validity of the pass as well as the passport number is entered.
• To activate a mobile ticket, click on the activation link on your booking confirmation email. You will be directed to the activation website to choose your first day of use or travel dates and fill in your details.
 
Seat Reservations One free seat reservation is included with each Flexible mobile Pass. A seat reservation is optional but recommended in order to guarantee a seat on a specific train and time. 
 
Refund policy No refund on partially used, activated, lost or stolen Passes. Refundable within 10 months from the date of issue on non-activated Passes with cancellation and service fees.
