Pass tickets
• The Exchange Order is valid for 3 months from the date of issue and must be turned in along with your passport to obtain the JAPAN RAIL PASS at one of the JAPAN RAIL PASS exchange offices and the first date of travel will be specified. Once the PASS has a starting date written, it cannot be changed and no refund can be made. Neither an Exchange Order nor a JAPAN RAIL PASS can be reissued or refund if lost or stolen. Refunds are subject to cancellation and service fees.
